The CAME 24V control boards are the ideal solution for creating perfectly personalised automated systems according to user and gate requirements, paying particular attention to all aspects of safety/security.
The technology used allows for the gearmotors and all system-connected accessories to be managed in low-voltage DC. The special characteristics
of these boards also make provision for battery-powered automation without mains power, to allow for operation in all situations.
The adjustment of the amperometric sensor through the dedicated trimmers is a feature that makes the 24V systems safer and more reliable, should the wings strike an obstacle while in motion.
With the ZL170 control panel, which is specific to single-wing gates, simply connect up a tripolar cable to power the motor to manage the slow-downs and end-stops.
The ZL19 control panel
is equipped with an
auto-diagnosis protection device. The circuit stops operation if an anomaly in any safety device connected to the system is detected.

The 24V control boards allow for wing speed-movement adjustment. This allows adaptations to the automation system depending on actual system requirements.
The LB18 device and the related battery-charger buffers allow the motorised gate to carry on working in the event of an emergency.
Main Functions
Listed below are some of the technical and practical specifications for assessing the choice of a low-voltage DC system:
• FOR EXTRA SAFETY, AN AMPEROMETRIC DEVICE with “anti-crush” function, managed by the control panel, electronically detects obstacles and stops or reverses the wings’ movement.
• FOR OPERATION WITHOUT MAINS POWER, simply connect the control panel to the control board for battery-operated functioning. When there is no mains power, switching happens automatically.
• FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ADJUSTING SLOWDOWN SPEED during wing opening/closing, and making the gate’s movement safer and smoother.
• FOR ADJUSTING GATE SPEED, depending on any particular requirements or where a slower/faster movement is required.
• FOR INTENSIVE USE; due to their low-voltage, 24V systems can give the system greater working frequency.
• FOR COMPLETE SAFETY, all the devices connected in the system are powered at low voltage.
