Swing-door automation for intensive use
FLY is the ideal automation system for internal swing doors. An easy automation system, conceived for installation even on existing manual doors. On internal applications, FLY makes access into rooms easy and functional, by optimising passage management. With FLY, all command and safety functions are always supplied as standard.
The ENCODER for detecting an obstacle to the door’s movement makes the closure system fully safe to use. The device is self-managed by the control panel. After initial calibration, no further attention is needed.
The 24V gearmotor with reverse mechanism brings together simple installation and use versatility while allowing for all types of new or existing access problem to be solved.
A total safety system. Built into the unit, the control board powers the motor and all the accessories connected to the low voltage (24V) system.

The microprocessor command logics allow for a series of functions specific to swing-door automations.
The main functions are as follows:
• ADJUSTMENT OF THE MOVEMENT PARAMETERS; all the parameters of wing speed/slowdown are adjustable directly from the control panel with the dedicated trimmers.
• AUTOMATIC THRUST MANAGEMENT; the automation independently adjusts its thrust depending on the wing size.
• SAFETY FUNCTIONS on all the models, such as the ELECTRIC ANTI-PANIC DEVICE, which is simply activated from the battery unit and the dedicated accessory board.
• ELECTRIC LOCKING FEATURE, usable on the wings for blocking the door while it is closing.
• OBSTACLE DETECTION AND AUTOMATIC RESET of door movement once the automation has activated the safety manoeuvre to check the pathway space.
• CONNECTIONS FOR ALL ACCESSORIES, directly at the control panel. Every type of command or security sensor can indeed be directly connected to the door.
• “PUSH AND GO” FUNCTION; supplied as standard to create the semi-automatic door command, without the need for any other accessories. (automatic opening with thrust command)
• “WIND STOP” FUNCTION; supplied as standard to maintain wing pressure during closure, thus avoiding unwanted wing vibrations caused by wind or gusts.
